Weihe GmbH is a future-proof medium-sized company based in Altenholz near Kiel, which has established itself as a specialist for innovative system solutions for plant engineering and engine peripherals.
The family business with around 50 employees has grown continuously and, as of early 2026, is managed by its Managing Directors Daniel Mähler and Gorden Flucke.
Our in-house engineering, design and production team, consisting of metalworking and highly certified welding specialists, responds flexibly to your wishes and requirements.

Within special plant engineering, we offer solutions in areas such as module construction, test benches, complex piping systems, thermal and acoustic insulation, welding technology and packaging of container solutions for a wide range of applications, such as ORC modules for energy recovery from waste heat.
Our core competencies within engine peripherals include exhaust gas aftertreatment (diesel/soot particle filters, catalytic converters), exhaust gas silencers for all engine sizes, as well as insulation, piping and modules for both exhaust gas and engine-specific media.
We also offer a comprehensive range of system-complementary individual components such as coolers, heat exchangers, exhaust silencers, piping, piping components, connecting elements and thermal insulation.
